This public index provides a comprehensive listing of burials at all
sixteen Maine Jewish cemeteries, based on the lastest information provided to DMJ.
The index has also been provided to the JewishGen OnLine Worldwide Burial Registry (JOWBR).

The DMJ project is the financial management of the
Jewish Community Alliance of Southern Maine Portland, Maine.
Contributions are used to underwrite new data,
to re-document Maine's Jewish cemeteries,
to collect oral histories from Maine's senior citizens; and
to improve the software access to the data.
