SAM SEPLIN -- OBITUARY

 
Sam Seplin 91, of Ellsworth, formerly of Bangor and Bar Harbor, died May 21 at an Ellsworth hospital. He was born in Russia Aug. 15,1884, the son of Zelek and Hannah Seplin. He was a well known retired cattle dealer and a member of the Beth Abraham synagogue. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Povich, Ellsworth, and Mrs. Murray Oppenheim, Sattelite Beach, Florida; eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Funeral services will be held Sunday at noon at the Jewish Funeral Chapel, Center Street, Bangor, with RabbiHenry Isaacs officiating. Memorial week will be observed at 88 Water St. , Ellsworth. Arrangements are by Brookings Smith, Bangor.
